Requests to Block search results in Yahoo Search: Resource for European Residents

The Court of Justice of the European Union decided that European Residents can request specific URLs be blocked where the page contains personal data that is inaccurate, inadequate, no longer relevant or excessive in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or processed. Yahoo users who are European residents can use this form to request that a URL be blocked for a page associated with their name that satisfies these criteria. Please note that any block will only be administered against a Yahoo Search for the data subject's name only. After 11pm on 31 December 2020, similar rights will exist for residents of the UK pursuant to the laws of the United Kingdom.

To submit an application to have Yahoo Search results blocked against a search for your name, please fill out the form below:

You must upload here a clear, readable copy of a document that verifies your identity and country of residence. This can include a copy of your driver's license, national ID card, or any other photo ID (not necessarily a government-issued document - 4MB max).

If you are requesting search results be blocked for a name other than your legal name, please include documentation verifying this is a name by which you are commonly known. We will use this information solely to verify your identity to prevent fraudulent blocking requests; you may obscure those parts of your ID document not relevant to that purpose.
